Andy's background started in the equipment sector of golf, building clubs and custom fitting. He has expert knowledge of golf equipment and technology and uses a scientific approach to his coaching. He has a degree in Sports Management and Communications and is a PGA Qualified professional who competes regularly.

Keeping things simple, Andy's coaching philosophy revolves around finding factual data that leads to the root cause of the problem. He is focused on improving performance in all aspects of the game including strategy and course management so conducts his lessons in a variety of locations around the club. Andy is the lead junior coach and head coach for the Ladies academy and he teaches a wide range of ages and abilities, from young juniors to professionals.
